Nis was a senior colleague in our Learning, Leadership & Talent team in 2011 when I joined and was such an excellent support to me. Not only was she friendly and helpful, but she coached and supported me, acting as a self-appointed sponsor within the team.  Nis believed in my potential, and this led to her helping me to secure a permanent role through building the business case for a gap in the department.
