The work behind the work.

Before building my advisory practice, I worked inside organisations including HSBC Private Bank, Santander, Deloitte, RBS, Coutts and Barclays Wealth.

Those years taught me that technical expertise don’t really explain why people succeed or struggle. But relationships do.

I became increasingly interested in what sits underneath someone’s performance: how relationships are misread, where friction develops, why trust builds or plateaus, and how these unseen dynamics influence leadership and commercial outcomes.

The work is not about adding more. It’s about stripping away the fluff to see more clearly: how decisions are made, where tension is building and what no longer aligns.

Alongside my advisory work, I created The Invitation, a residential experience for leaders ready to step back, think clearly and prepare intentionally for the second half of their life.

Across all of my work, the focus is the same: guiding people to see relationships more clearly, so they can lead, decide and operate with quiet confidence.
