The work behind the work.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership, trust, performance and human behaviour – under pressure.

Before building my advisory practice, I worked inside organisations including HSBC Private Bank, Santander, Deloitte, RBS, Coutts and Barclays Wealth Management.

That experience shaped how I understand pressure, communication, decision-making and relationship dynamics inside complex organisations.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in what’s underneath performance particularly the behavioural patterns of people at work, relational friction and unseen dynamics that steadily influence leadership, teams and commercial outcomes.

Today, I work with CEOs, leadership teams and Relationship Managers navigating high-pressure environments where trust, judgement and clarity are core to the success.

The work is often less about adding more and more about stripping things out to see more clearly:  how decisions are being made, where friction is building, what conversations are being avoided and what is no longer be aligned.

Alongside my advisory work, I created The Invitation, a residential leadership experience designed around self-leadership, refinement, discernment and perspective.

The Invitation exists for people who have achieved a great deal professionally and want greater clarity around how they live, lead and relate in the next chapter of life – what I call your second life, or second half of your life.
