I attended a Top 1% evening event hosted by Nis. I approached it with some scepticism as I thought it would be a bit fluffy. It turned out to be the opposite. Nis asked hard-hitting questions that really made me think deeply about my job and the career path I want to be on. I was also very impressed by the quality of my fellow attendees. We were able to immediately have an open, honest discussion of key things that were holding us back individually and what we, as a group of women, encountered in our day to day working environments. I would strongly recommend that other women, in particular, attend an event hosted by Nis. It will definitely help in clearing the wood for the trees.
