09:30 – 12:00 Content Session: The Trusted Advisor Mindset: Understand the psychology of top 1% performers and uncover your unique pathway to becoming a trusted advisor.
12:00 – 13:30 Lunch: Enjoy a delicious meal with time to reflect, connect informally, or take a quiet moment to recharge.
13:30 – 16:00 Content Session: Mastering Influence and Building Trust: Learn and practice advanced techniques for deepening relationships and creating long-term client loyalty.
