I recently attended a webinar on workplace bullying with Nis Arend on the panel. It was super informative and so insightful, Nis shared some great insights and perspectives on the topic which the audience, and myself, found really helpful. Having been in charge of creating a bespoke summer internship programme for over 200 students, I was tasked in finding a facilitator who would be able to command the audience of these young people. Nis Arend was recommended to me as someone who has had experience of doing this both in person, virtually and internationally with great success so sounded like the ideal fit. I must say that whatever expectations I had were completely surpassed with the feedback from the young people seeing Nis score 97% “Exceptional” and 100% “Would recommend” from the surveys conducted post programme. Her ability to engage a huge audience, virtually, for over 4 hours a day for a week is outstanding, with her constant knowledge, expertise, energy and enthusiasm second to none. Having witnessed every session she facilitated myself, I was in complete ore and left feeling inspired. She was able to bring individuals from a variety of different backgrounds into a neutral space, promoting our brand and ensuring that everyone felt included which is extremely challenging to do with an international bank the size and with a global reach like ours. I want to thank Nis again and not only would 100% recommend her and her work, but I will be using her services at any given opportunity I have.
