I work with CEOs, leadership teams and relationship managers who refuse to settle for high-functioning mediocrity when they know their true potential is far greater.

My work sits at the intersection of self-leadership and commercial outcomes.

I guide leaders to unlock their top 1% potential: the level of precision, presence and influence that separates the very good from the exceptional. Whether coaching a CEO through a defining decision, advising a board on strategic clarity, or training relationship manager teams to become trusted advisers to their clients, the work is advanced and the results are commercial.

Before founding my advisory practice, I spent decades inside HSBC Private Bank, Santander, Deloitte, RBS, Coutts and Barclays, leading complex initiatives across teams in some of the most demanding environments in financial services. That experience taught me how commercial outcomes and human dynamics intersect at depth, and how to deliver when the stakes are high and the pressure is on.

I’m also the curator of The Retreat, a residential experience for people who want to step away with someone they trust and design what comes next.

Having been in charge of creating a bespoke summer internship programme for over 200 students, I was tasked in finding a facilitator who would be able to command the audience of these young people. Nis Arend was recommended to me as someone who has had experience of doing this both in person, virtually and internationally with great success so sounded like the ideal fit. I must say that whatever expectations I had were completely surpassed with the feedback from the young people seeing Nis score 97% “Exceptional” and 100% “Would recommend” from the surveys conducted post programme.
