We’ll cover all your accommodation, food, and a transfer to and from Bordeaux airport. All you have to do is arrange your own flights.
Your first step will be to fill in the application form on this page us expressing your interest in the retreat. The next step will be for you to have an admissions interview over Skype with TSA founder Martin Sutton who will answer any questions you may have and ask you about your music and songwriting background. Shortly after the interview we will be in touch to let you know whether you were successful in gaining a place on the retreat.

Simple luxury. All rooms have sweet dreams mattresses, and 5 star hotel quality linen. Our accommodation is offered in spacious comfortable private guest rooms set near a sparkling pool and hot tub. Each guest suite is spacious and well appointed with 1 or 2 double or twin bedrooms and a private full bathroom.
Your first step will be to contact us expressing your interest in the retreat or you may have already paid a deposit at an event. In either case the next step will be for you to have an interview over Zoom with Club Founder Nis Arend who will answer any questions you may have and ask you about your background and motivations. Shortly after the interview you will be contacted by The Club letting you know whether you were successful in gaining a place on the retreat.
The majority of our guests travel solo, so you will certainly be in good company.
We limit our groups to a maximum of 14 guests, ensuring small group attention and to ensure a personalised and intimate experience.

Our programs have been designed to accommodate different levels of experience & fitness; this is one of the reasons that we limit our retreat to a maximum of 14 guests, as we want to be able to offer individual & personal attention to each & every guest.
£3,500 per person (3 nights, 4 days)
Includes 3 nights and 4 days (Thursday to Sunday) of private accomodation, all meals, personalised programming, daily walks, fitness and exercise classes including core work, restorative yoga and optional massages and beauty treatments. As pioneering founders you'll also receive an invitation to follow up group coaching sessions for the next month.
Yes absolutely! Solo retreats are wonderful, and bringing a friend to join you has powerful benefits that can enrich your retreat experience and strengthen your friendship. So many great reasons - a shared experience, accountability, emotional support, someone to share your insights with, travelling to the venue can add more excitement doing it together, gives you a boost to meet new people, shape new memories, the added motivation to try something new, enjoying ‘aha’ moments together. It’s time to synchronize your calendars and make your travel plans!
Guests will make their way to The Truth Retreat on Thursday for a 1 pm check-in, with check-out on Sunday at 3pm.
Upon reservation confirmation, each guest will also be sent a welcome letter with useful information about the retreat. This includes a helpful guide on what to pack.

If Guests cancel within 10 days of registering they will receive a full refund, but any Guests seeking to cancel their registration after 10 days will not, under any circumstances, receive a refund due to the extremely limited seating for an event of this nature.
Once Guests register for The Truth Retreat, we make extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their tuition and attendance, and, in the case of their cancellation, we incur significant administration, expenses, and loss of business. Given this fact, if you are unsure of whether or not you can attend the event, it’s best to not register. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend the event after you have registered and after 10 days have passed since registering, we will happily transfer your ticket to someone you designate to attend in your place. We will credit you less a 10% cancellation fee if we are able to fill your opening. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged to all refunded deposits.
Note: The reason we have a cancellation policy like this is because each Retreat sells out and when an Guests cancels we have to manage the administration challenges as well as invest a significant time and expense to to fill the place in this invitation and referral only event. It costs us substantial time and resources to source the right individual, to refund and to spend the time to fill places, which includes research, creating emails, postcards, mailings, involving Nis's time, etc. Given the exclusivity and numbers of our Guests it's important for us to maintain this policy. We only want serious participants in this programme, this is your life we are talking about.
Guests of The Truth Retreat enjoy fitness classes and dining in private spaces dedicated to our group. The property is exclusive to us and is not open to the general public.
All reservations booked include a 16% service charge which covers gratuity and taxes. You can provide gratuity at your own discretion.
While all meals, accommodation, content and fitness programming is included in our rate, we do offer elective treatments and services including Massage, Acupuncture and Beauty Therapy sessions. These add-on services are designed to maximise and align with the content in the Retreat and are prebooked and paid for separately..
Guests of The Truth Retreat can enjoy the retreat’s outdoor pool terrace lounge area, indoor lounge, Hot tub and infrared sauna.
We recommend booking about 6 months prior to ensure availability.
Yes! Friends are welcome and can choose to share a room with twin beds or have private accommodation. Shared accommodations is £xxx per person and £XXX per person for separate accommodation.
Our food will be prepared under the watchful eye of our Private Chef who’ll ensure your body is nourished and your palate is pleased. She’s been given strict instructions that we are not on a diet! The menu is inspired from around the world and uses seasonal ingredients to delight the senses and fuel your body. Rather than letting recipes determine our shopping list, our chef lets the seasonal bounty of the harvest each day inspire seasonal menus, bringing color and flavor to the plates of our guests. Daily menus feature the finest fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses, legumes and seeds, with or without meat and will tantalise your taste buds and excite your senses.
We can accommodate most allergies. We do not recommend our program to those with certain nut-based allergies as we are not a nut-free facility.
We recommend casual clothing that allows you to be comfortable. For the fitness classes, clothing with the ability to wick moisture from the skin is best. We provide a suggested packing list to guests when they confirm their reservation. We encourage you to pack your favourite things and bring items you need to help allow for a complete and total disconnect from the ‘grid.’
In France, day time temperatures are hot and evening temperatures are warm too.
We maintain a nurturing and supportive environment. Our highly trained and professional team will be there every step of the way to help each guest, no matter the skill or experience level.
The program is designed to help you connect to yourself more deeply. The fitness will help physically and mentally. Toward the end of your visit, many guests experience amplified feelings of inspiration, mental clarity, increased courage, confidence and energy, a sense of calm and personal empowerment.
The Truth Retreats are designed to deliver transformational results through a results-oriented approach in an tranquil environment. As such, guests are to remain in the program and on-property throughout their stay to garner maximum results and to not disrupt the experience of their fellow guests. Should guests need to leave the program for personal reasons their stay would conclude at this time.
During your stay, you are asked to ‘unplug’ from your everyday normal activities as your experience will be far more profound and meaningful if you can allow yourself the time and space we’ve created to focus your energies towards being present in the natural serene surroundings with others on the same path. For those guests that need to stay connected, wi-fi service is available in your private accomodation, but we ask that you do not bring electronic devices to public spaces so as not to disturb those choosing to unplug completely.
We have arranged transportation at the airport for pickup at a specific time to transport to the venue. Out of this time period, guests will come on their own to The Truth Retreat on the day of their arrival although transportation can be arranged at an extra fee. The program begins at 1 pm on Thursday. As part of your retreat package we include complimentary private scheduled group return airport transfers for the airport, but please bear in mind that they operate at *specified times only on our official arrival & departure days only, therefore it is important that guests please confirm the retreats transfer times before booking flights.
Flights, travel & medical insurance plus extras not included in the retreat package, such as spa therapies & holistic treatments, etc
Montayral (10 mins) is the closest private airstrip and is 10 mins away.
Please do not make arrangements or book flights until you have completed your interview as we cannot guarantee a place until that time. The Club will not be responsible for any costs you incur if you make arrangements or bookings before the interview has taken place. If you have paid a promotional deposit for a place and you are not successful The Club will refund your deposit in full.
