Through personalised evaluations and targeted skill development, this program aims to transform good people into confident leaders. Over six months, participants will start a new leadership journey, joining a small group of peers from various industries to break through personal barriers and unlock their top 1% potential.

If you’re giving it your all, but struggling to get to the next level, chances are you’ve been putting in unpaid overtime on a project so secret even you are unaware of it.

We call it, ‘Building Your Glass Ceiling’.

Your ceiling is constructed from lack of confidence, lack of clarity, imposter syndrome, self-sabotage and absence of support.

It’s time to start taking down barriers and build you up with a solid foundation in place.

You’ll join a small tribe of no more than four people with similar values and aspirations.

We’ll upgrade your leadership skillset by boosting your emotional intelligence leading to dramatically improved awareness of yourself and others so you can take meaningful action which gets results.

Leader Incubator

People identified as current and potential future leaders.
It's designed to fast-track the growth of emerging leaders through a combination of personalised coaching, targeted skill development, and real-world application. Participants receive tailored guidance to address their unique strengths and learn how to leverage, to become familiar with their blindspots and raise their self-awareness.
The programme spans over five months, with an official sessions every 3 weeks, each lasting 90 minutes. Participants can expect to dedicate 1 - 3 hours per week for coursework and self-reflection. This timeframe allows for thorough engagement with the material, ensuring ample time for meaningful reflection, completion of both group and individual homework assignments, and application of newly acquired skills and insights in real-world scenarios. This leads to deeper learning, enhances personal growth, and maximises the programmes impact on participants' leadership development journey.
The program focuses on critical leadership competencies such as strategic thinking, decision-making, emotional intelligence, communication, and team management. These skills are essential for high-performing leaders and are cultivated through a mix of experiential learning, practical exercises and practising in the workplace beyond our sessions.
